Chase Travel

The Chase Travel portal was never where people turned to for travel inspo, commonly seen instead as the last stop on the travel booking journey—a place for using up points.

But with the launch of the newly reimagined Chase Travel portal, we set out to change their perception from a purely transactional booking site to a destination for travel inspiration and booking. We created a visually driven, multi-channel campaign that celebrates all the joys of travel: whether you’re the type to travel for food, adventure, relaxation, cultural enrichment, or all of the above, Chase Travel will get you there.

Chase Travel is where to find your next “where to”

Social Reels

Travel diaries you want in your feed

To stand out from the crowded travel category full of white sand beaches and sweeping vistas, we took a page out of our own social feeds when creating our social assets. We asked ourselves what travel content we like seeing—which led to bite-sized trip snapshots that are aspirational and inspirational while still imperfect.

Outdoor Placements

Showing up to inspire

We showed up in two of NYC’s highest-trafficked areas, where tourists and other travel enthusiasts were sure to have eyes on it: Times Square and the Oculus.

Photography

Elevated visuals for a social audience

Re-establishing Chase Travel as a source of travel inspo called for an overhaul of their visual language. Instead of the perfectly posed and intentionally directed imagery we know from Chase Bank, we took a more spontaneous, social-forward approach.

Our goal was to embody the vibe of travel through the lens of an avid traveler sharing their favorite moments from their trip, emphasizing candid, textural shots of people immersed in the experience. And we got a lot. Here’s a taste.
